If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return any sealed, unopened bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost. The seal must be completely intact — we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products under any circumstances, due to health, hygiene, and product integrity standards.

This guarantee applies to first-time orders only. Repeat purchases are not eligible for a refund — placing a second order indicates satisfaction with the product. One claim per customer. Results may vary.

If something goes wrong in transit.

All ZINQ orders are sealed and inspected before shipment. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email us with your order number and photos of the damaged product within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We'll replace your order or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

For lost packages, please allow 7 business days past your expected delivery date before reaching out — delays happen, especially during peak periods. Once confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll make it right immediately.


Return shipping is always the buyer's responsibility.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer — this applies in all cases without exception. Items must be dropped off at the nearest GoGo Xpress drop-off point. We do not arrange door pick-up for returns and we do not reimburse return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds cover the product cost only and are issued via GCash or bank transfer after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Important — Please read before returning

We do not accept returns with a broken or tampered seal — no exceptions. Please do not open the bottle if you intend to return it. Once the seal is broken, the item is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.


If your order never arrived.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days past your expected delivery date, contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with our courier partner and, once the package is confirmed lost, we'll replace the order or issue a full refund including original shipping. Please allow the full 7-day window before reaching out, as delays can occur during peak periods.


COD orders can only be cancelled under specific conditions.

We process and dispatch orders quickly. Once a COD order has been forwarded to our courier, it is out of our hands and cannot be cancelled.

We can only cancel a COD order under this one conditions:

If your order does not meet either condition above, we cannot cancel it — once handed to our courier, it is out of our control.

Should you insist on cancellation after handover, couriers charge us for both delivery and return — typically ₱150–₱300 per leg, totalling up to ₱600 in fees for an order that was placed and then abandoned.

We ask everyone to be a responsible buyer and not abuse the cash-on-delivery method. Please only place a COD order if you genuinely intend to receive it. Repeated failed deliveries or abandoned COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders from your account.

Our COD delivery timeframe is 3–7 business days from order fulfilment — a window you agree to upon placing your order. We are unable to expedite COD deliveries. If speed is a priority, we recommend paying online.

Cancel anytime. No penalties.

You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal before your next renewal date. Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it is subject to our standard 30-day refund policy above. ZINQ is not responsible for subscription renewals that were not cancelled prior to the billing date.
